The organizing committee of the International Canyoneering Meeting is an association between civilians that does not have its own legal personality and has the sole objective of facilitating the conditions for its participants to enjoy the event. The venue of the event will be at Club 43469. Enock Hernández, as his general coordinator, is responsible for the use and protection of his personal data.
The information and documentation provided will be used for the registration of the event, the data is requested to confirm the identity of the participants and to send information exclusively for the purposes of the event and until its conclusion. The information collected will be shared only with the International Canyoneering Federation (FIC) and possibly images and videos taken during the event where the participants appear will be shared on social networks. In no way will the information be shared with any third party for commercial purposes.

Personal information: Consisting of name, sex, nationality, telephone number and email.
Sensitive Personal Data: Consisting of level of experience in canyoning, group or federation to which it corresponds, information on your emergency contacts, shirt size, insurance policy number for medical expenses, allergies, general health condition, photographs or video taken during your participation in the event.
Said data will be protected and safeguarded by the organizing committee. The exercise of ARCO Rights consists of: ACCESS: You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it. RECTIFICATION: Request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete. CANCELLATION: Request the deletion of our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with transparency legislation. OPPOSITION: You can object to the use of your personal data.
In the event that the owner of the personal data wants to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of the data provided to the organizing committee, that is, exercise their ARCO Rights, they must address their request in writing to the RIC organization at the address of their Headquarters or email [email protected] with the following information: Name of the owner and/or his legal representative (Proof of legal representation through Power of Attorney), address and email address.
