for your visit to Mexico
Accommodation available for FULL RIC (9 nights from 1 to 10 november 2024) in a HOTEL ROOM.
The lodging service offered consists of two types of rooms available in two different hotels (Hotel Posada and Hotel Trebol) and includes:
- Private bathroom
- WiFi
- Cable TV
- Hot water 24/7
- Private parking
Both hotels have been completely reserved for RIC attendees and room allocations will be managed by the RIC organization as bookings are made.
These hotels are conveniently situated close to the RIC Base camp (Club Xel), approximately a 20-minute drive Agua Blanca de Iturbide.
- RIC MÉXICO will only handle the booking service as a facilitator of the reservation process and provide a payment platform to handle the funds of each reservation.
- All services will be provided by each hotel under they respective terms and conditions.
- For any clarification after checking in, please consult directly with the staff of your designated hotel.
Accommodation available for CAMPING (You can select nights from 31 october to 11 november 2024) in a CAMPING ZONE.
The Camping service offered consists of:
- Shadow area
- Sanitary services
- Hot water showers
- Small rest area
- Kitchen area
- Campfire area Outdoor grill
- The water is drinkable in Agua Blanca
- Camping Tent rental service**
All camping zone are only for RIC attendees and places will be managed by the RIC organization as bookings are made. **The camping Tent rental service will be provided by Club Xel.
This CAMPING ZONE are situated inside the RIC Base camp (Club Xel), approximately at 20-minute driving from Agua Blanca de Iturbide.

RECOMMENDATION
- It is important that you make the transfers, whether in a private vehicle or public transportation during the day, avoiding moving at night.
· It is recommended to use primary roads.

- November 1st and 2nd are holidays in Mexico, and many people travel during this time. We recommend that you book your accommodation well in advance. Keep in mind that the municipality of Agua Blanca has limited hotel capacity.
- Check visa requirements, if any, and make sure you have travel insurance that covers adventure and extreme sports activities.
- Have your RIC attendance certificate in physical or digital format on hand to justify your stay in Mexico during immigration.
- Bring power adapters, portable chargers, and electronic devices suitable for documenting or communicating during your stay.
- Plan for comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor activities, as well as clothing for cooler climates.
- The municipality of Agua Blanca, Hidalgo is considered a safe destination where the event will take place. In English, it would be translated as Agua Blanca de Iturbide. It is recommended to avoid driving or boarding public transportation during the night
- If you require prescription medication, bring enough for the entire event, considering contingencies.
- Consider bringing enough food from Mexico City if you have a special diet.
- Also, consider the operating hours of local restaurants and food with the canyon’s departure times.
